This is a great vintage with a predominance of fruit from a fabulous little vineyard in St. Helena. This blend is 92% Cabernet Sauvignon from St. Helena with 6% St. Helena Cabernet Franc and 2% Yountville Syrah. This wine is full bodied with ripe fruit, balanced tannins and our signature bright acidity that makes this a great food wine. 2007 ZINFANDEL, 63% SONOMA VALLEY, 37% NAPA VALLEY
A blend of fruit from the Heitz Vineyards on Ink Grade near Angwin in Napa Valley and from Mauritson Vineyards in the Dry Creek Valley, with 10% Petite Sirah and 5% Petite Verdot for added layers of richness. This is a full bodied Zinfandel with lots of bright cherry flavors and aromas, a hint of smoky oak and a full complement of that spiciness Zinfandel is known for.
