When you think of Napa Cabernet this is the style of wine that comes to mind. Round and supple, earthy, with rich dark fruit flavors and aromas of vanilla and sweet toasted oak. As always, this Cabernet will enhance your meal or you can just enjoy a glass!
With the 2018 vintage, we are once again blending Cabernet from Stice Lane with Cabernet from Zinfandel Lane. Both vineyards are sustainably farmed and are tended with great care. In my experience, Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the St. Helena and Rutherford appellations produces an amazingly balanced wine. It is the combination of weather, with hot days and cool, foggy nights, and the well drained and rocky soil that makes this Cab country.
